Hello, my name is Rose. I am a wife, mother, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I work with children and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges while embracing opportunities for healing and self-discovery.

My person-centered therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused techniques. This blend allows me to tailor support to each client’s unique needs, promoting resilience and lasting change.

When I’m not in session, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with family. These activities recharge my spirit and remind me of the importance of balance and self-care.
